The Maine Labor Alliance is a growing group of Maine workers who are organizing to improve our lives at work, and to better provide for the communities who rely on our work. Across our many workplaces, we are working to form labor unions, take collective action together, and fight for respect and dignity.

We want to see each other succeed and thrive, because we know that the issues that impact our neighbors and coworkers also impact us. That’s why we are building collective power together, getting connected across our industries, and joining the organizing wave — so we can build a powerful voice for justice and equity.
